Once you're inside, walk up to the equipment like treadmills or weight benches and press the prompted button to start working out. Remember, CJ can only work out until his stamina drops or until 00:00 game time passes - afterwards, he's gotta rest for the day.

The key is finding a gym first - they're usually marked with a dumbbell icon on your map. If you're trying to bulk up CJ or just want him to be able to sprint for days, getting to that gym is step one. And don't forget, you gotta balance out with some meals too, or else CJ won't see any gains. Fast food for fat and high-end restaurants for health - it's all part of the grind.
lift weights, run on treadmill, but don't overdo it. cj needs his beauty sleep too, or he won't get stronger. gotta keep it balanced, ya know?
