Log into Facebook, click the downward arrow at the top-right, choose Settings & Privacy, then Settings. Click on Name under Personal Information, edit it, and hit Review Change!
From personal experience, it's a straightforward process: head to Settings > Personal Information > Name, make the changes, and hit Save!
I'd advise against changing your name too often, Facebook limits how frequently you can do it. But go to Settings > Name and you'll see it!
