So, Kaneki and Touka end up together and have a kid. They open a coffee shop and try to live peacefully. It's a bittersweet ending, but it wraps up most of the main storylines.

As a hardcore Tokyo Ghoul fan, I can tell you the ending is pretty satisfying. Kaneki and Touka manage to create a peaceful life together after so many struggles. The final arc is intense but beautifully concludes their journey.
Kaneki and Touka finally get their happy ending and live in peace with their daughter. They even open a coffee shop! But don't worry, the journey there is filled with epic battles and emotional twists. Definitely worth the ride!
