How to Trade in Pokemon GO?
First, you gotta be friends with the person you want to trade with. Just send them a friend request and wait for them to accept! After that, meet up in real life (or at least get within 100 meters). Open the Friends tab, tap on your friend’s name, and hit the “Trade” button. Select the Pokémon you want to trade and confirm! Easy peasy!

Make sure you have enough Stardust because you definitely need it for trading. Higher IVs and shinies cost more so watch that Stardust bank!

Honestly, trading is overrated. The Pokémon you get from trades don't always turn out better. Just catch them yourself!
To trade in Pokémon GO, both players must be at level 10 or higher. After that, just follow the in-game prompts when you're near each other. Trading gives you a chance at getting Lucky Pokémon, which is pretty awesome.
