How to Unblock Someone on Facebook
Simply head over to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking. Find the person you want to unblock, and hit the Unblock button.

Easy peasy! Go to your Facebook settings, click on 'Blocking', and you'll see a list of people you've blocked. Just click 'Unblock' next to their name and voilà!
Unblock? Just head to Settings, then Blocking, and unclick the block. Done!
