To uppercut into the pit in MK10, go to the Pit stage, then hit Down + Triangle/Y at the end of the match!

After you've defeated your opponent, perform an uppercut (Down + Heavy Punch) to send them plummeting into the pit. Classic brutality!

Just knock your opponent's health down to zero and finish with an uppercut (Down + Triangle/Y depending on your controller). Easy peasy!

Really, you just need to use the good ol' uppercut move (Down + Heavy Punch) in the Pit stage when 'Finish Him/Her' appears!
