I remember the day Apex Legends dropped outta nowhere. The gaming forums exploded! It was like Respawn had been working in a secret bunker to craft this masterpiece. Talk about a Beyoncé-style drop in the gaming world!

Short answer? Magic, innovation, and a sprinkle of secrecy. Respawn knew what they were doing.

So, the creation saga of Apex Legends is pretty rad. Essentially, it's the brainchild of Respawn Entertainment, those geniuses behind the Titanfall series. They wanted to jump into the battle royale frenzy but with a twist, adding unique heroes with special powers. They kept it under wraps, making it a surprise launch in 2019. They basically mixed their expertise in first-person shooters with hero-based elements, et voilà - Apex Legends was born and took the gaming world by storm.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
