Most of the Dragon Ball sound effects involved a lot of creativity with everyday objects. Who knew breaking celery could sound like breaking bones?

I've read that some of the martial arts sounds were created by recording actual martial artists punching and kicking things, then tweaking the audio. Pretty rad!

Honestly, a lot of Dragon Ball's sound effects are just super clever use of synths and mixing. It's pure audio wizardry!

Just a hot take: those sound effects were basically crafted by sound magicians. No joke.
