Considering how wild the Fullmetal Alchemist universe is, I imagine a dog would wear pants on its hind legs to keep those automail limbs modest!

It depends on the alchemy, right? If they can transmute pants, I'm going with hind legs only. Practical and stylish!
Look, it's Fullmetal Alchemist. If a dog wore pants, it鈥檇 probably be a chimera with pants on all four legs and possibly a human head.
