Open the neighborhood house, find the request you want to disband, and tap the 'X' button next to it. Problem solved.
Go to the neighborhood building, find the request you want to delete, and hit the little red cross. Done!
Just tap the neighborhood building, navigate to the request list, and hit that red 'X' next to the request you wanna remove.
Just head to the neighborhood house, locate the request, and click the 'X' to disband it. Takes like 2 seconds.
