How Do You Unblock Someone on Facebook?
If you've had a change of heart, head to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Blocking. Locate the person and click Unblock. Voilá, they're unblocked!

Why'd you block them in the first place? Anyway, Settings > Privacy Settings > Blocking – find 'em and hit Unblock. Done.
I've had to do this myself. Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings. Select Blocking. Find the name and click Unblock. Easy peasy!
