As of my last check, '7 Days to Die' is not currently available on PlayStation Plus as a free monthly game. Keep an eye out for future additions though!

I've been subscribed to PS Plus for years and I haven’t seen '7 Days to Die' offered as one of the free monthly games. It could be added in the future, but who knows?
