Just upgrade already. The 4670k is getting old, and you'll be missing out on better performance with newer hardware.

Absolutely! A 4670k will run The Division 2 just fine as long as you pair it with a decent GPU and enough RAM. I had a smooth experience with this CPU, medium settings should run very well.
