Nope, not all of Naruto Shippuden is dubbed. The series has 500 episodes, but less than 500 have been dubbed. The English dub is still missing a few episodes toward the end.

Yeah, unfortunately, the dub isn't complete yet. But hey, reading subtitles isn't all that bad!
Not all of it, sorry. Some of the later episodes are still only available in Japanese with subtitles.
Most of Naruto Shippuden is dubbed, but the last few arcs are still only available in subbed format. Look to platforms like Crunchyroll or Hulu for the most updated versions.
