Nope, Amy isn't a playable character in Sonic Mania Plus. But you do get Mighty and Ray added to the fun!

Unfortunately, Amy Rose isn't included in Sonic Mania Plus. But, hey, Mighty the Armadillo and Ray the Flying Squirrel make their grand return!
