Honestly, they're too busy dodging villains and saving the day to be dating anyone. It's pretty much all action and no romance.
While the series doesn't focus much on dating, you do see some sparks fly between characters like Deku and Ochaco, and even Kirishima and Mina. Just don't expect any confessions soon!
