SBMM in Apex? Yeah, it's a thing. Makes the game both fun and frustrating. Fun coz you're matched with equals, frustrating when you're having an off day and still get matched with try-hards.

Absolutely, Apex Legends uses skill-based matchmaking (SBMM). It means the game tries to match you with players of a similar skill level to keep the fights fair and competitive. It's all about balance; you won't find yourself constantly squashed by elite players unless you're climbing to that level yourself.

As a regular Apex player, I can tell you skill-based matchmaking is real. Sometimes it's so accurate it's scary, like the game knows exactly how good or bad I am on any given day.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
