Assassination Classroom has some violence and mature themes, but it's also packed with humor and life lessons. I'd say it's okay for a mature 10-year-old, but always best to watch an episode or two first to decide!

Honestly, the show has a surprising amount of depth and can deal with heavy topics. I'd recommend waiting until they're a bit older, maybe 12 or 13.
I let my 10-year-old watch it and we had a blast! Just be ready to chat about some of the darker moments.
