Nope, Attack on Titan is a Japanese series originally titled 'Shingeki no Kyojin.' It does have some German-inspired elements, though, like names and architecture!

As someone who's watched the series obsessively, I can confirm it's a Japanese anime with a sprinkle of German influence. Definitely not German-made.
