Sort of! Both shows tackle themes of rebellion and feature complex political plots, but Hajime Isayama (creator of Attack on Titan) hasn't explicitly mentioned Code Geass as an inspiration.

Nah, not directly. Attack on Titan has its own unique elements and was mostly inspired by works like Muv-Luv, but you might see some thematic overlap.

Attack on Titan was more influenced by Norse mythology and zombie films than Code Geass. Eren's intense determination does remind me of Lelouch though!
