Nope, Barry Bonds isn't in MLB The Show 23 due to licensing issues. You'd have a better chance of hitting a homer off Randy Johnson than seeing Bonds in the game!

As much as we'd love to see Barry Bonds in MLB The Show 23, he's not included. Licensing issues strike again!
