Is Boruto's Jougan Stronger Than the Rinnegan?
The Jougan has some unique abilities, but the Rinnegan has been shown to be one of the most powerful dojutsu in the Narutoverse. It's hard to say which is stronger since we haven't seen the Jougan in its full potential yet. Let's just say they're both super cool and leave it at that for now!

Rinnegan is definitely stronger considering all its godly abilities. Jougan might get there someday, but not yet!
In my opinion, the Rinnegan's diverse powers like the ability to control gravity and bring people back to life make it stronger. But who knows, Boruto's Jougan might surprise us in the future!
Jougan is cooler and might be stronger in some scenarios, but Rinnegan wins in versatility!
Jougan is still pretty mysterious, but based on what's known, Rinnegan is generally stronger at this point.
