Nah, Boruto isn't directly related to Kaguya. Kaguya is an ancient alien goddess, while Boruto is from the Uzumaki clan. However, Naruto (Boruto's dad) is a descendant of Asura Otsutsuki, and Kaguya is part of the Otsutsuki clan too, so there's some distant connection.
