Blizzard's abilities are way cooler (pun intended) and more fun to use in battles. Buddha's good, but Blizzard wins for style points.
If you're all about farming and leveling up fast, Buddha is the one. Trust me, from personal experience, you'll love the transformation ability.
Honestly, both are great. Buddha excels in grinding while Blizzard is excellent for PvP. Pick what fits your goals best.
