Nope, it's more of a psychological thriller with mind games and strategic battles. If you want action, you might be disappointed.
From personal experience, it's definitely not an action anime. It's all about the mental chess and the secret plots. Totally gripping though!
If you're looking for fight scenes and explosions, this ain't it. Stick to Death Note or Code Geass for similar vibes without the action.
