Cobalion is a tanky Steel/Fighting type Pokémon with good bulk. It performs well in PvP, particularly in Ultra League.

Not really. There are better options for both raiding and PvP. Save your resources for something else.

I've used Cobalion in Ultra League and it's a beast! It's got good coverage moves and can handle a lot of meta threats.
