Naw, no crossplay for DayZ on Xbox and PC. I've tried it with my friends; we had to stick to our own consoles.

Nope, DayZ doesn鈥檛 support crossplay between Xbox and PC. You鈥檒l need to stick to playing with friends on the same platform.
