Nope! Demon Slayer Season 2, aka the Entertainment District Arc, goes beyond the movie. It continues the story after the Mugen Train movie.

I watched all of Season 2 and can confirm it includes a recap of the Mugen Train movie but also introduces new arcs and characters. It's definitely worth watching!
