Nope, the Demon Slayer movie (Mugen Train) is actually an adaptation of the Mugen Train Arc from the manga. Season 2 covers the Entertainment District Arc, which comes after the events of the Mugen Train movie. So, while they're related, they're not the same thing.

Not exactly. The Mugen Train movie covers the story right after Season 1, but Season 2 continues with the Entertainment District Arc.

Speaking from experience here, the movie is an intense ride that expands on stuff from the end of Season 1. Season 2 picks up where that leaves off and dives into new arcs!
