Dragon Ball started with a lot of humor and gags, but it evolved into a more serious martial arts and adventure series over time.

Dragon Ball has some funny moments, especially early on, but calling it a gag anime doesn't do justice to all the epic battles and story arcs.

Dragon Ball? A pure gag anime? Nah, it's got way too much action and depth for that!

As someone who's binged all of Dragon Ball, I'd say it's a mix! The humor is there, but it鈥檚 balanced with serious plots and intense fights.

Not exactly! While it has plenty of humor, Dragon Ball is more of an action-packed adventure series with comedic elements than a pure gag anime.
