Dragon Ball FighterZ definitely takes inspiration from Guilty Gear! Both games share a similar fast-paced, combo-heavy gameplay style with stunning 2D art. Plus, Arc System Works developed them both, so you can expect some similarities.

As someone who's played both, I can say Dragon Ball FighterZ feels a bit easier for newcomers compared to Guilty Gear. But it still has that depth hardcore fighting game fans love!

Not really, each has a distinct flavor. DBFZ is all about recreating those iconic anime moments, while Guilty Gear focuses more on complex gameplay mechanics.
