It depends on what you like! Dragon Ball Kai cuts out the filler and stays closer to the manga, so it's fast-paced. If you prefer a more streamlined experience, Kai is your go-to. But if you love the extra scenes and nostalgia, Dragon Ball Z is unbeatable!

As someone who watched both, Kai is great for new viewers. However, Z will always have that classic charm. Both have their merits, so why not enjoy both?
