Is Dragon Ball Super Better in English or Japanese?
DislikingTramp·4 months agoHonestly, it's a matter of personal preference! English dubs have stellar voice actors like Sean Schemmel (Goku) and Christopher Sabat (Vegeta), who bring a unique charm to the characters. But if you want to experience the authentic vibes of the original series, Japanese with subtitles offers just that, especially with Masako Nozawa voicing multiple characters including Goku!

I grew up with the English dub and love it! The voices are iconic to me, and the actors do an amazing job bringing the characters to life. Plus, no reading subtitles during epic battles is a win!
Japanese all the way. The original voice acting maintains the cultural nuances and emotional depth that sometimes gets lost in translation. Plus, Masako Nozawa as Goku is legendary.
TBH, the best way to watch it is the way you first started watching it – nostalgia wins every time!
