Nope, Dragon Ball Xenoverse doesn't support cross-platform play. You have to stick with players on the same console or PC.

Unfortunately, you can't brawl with your friends on different platforms in Dragon Ball Xenoverse. Xbox plays with Xbox, PlayStation with PlayStation, and so on.
