No, Dragon Ball Z is primarily Goku's story, but Gohan definitely has some major moments.
As someone who鈥檚 rewatched DBZ numerous times, it鈥檚 definitely more about Goku. Gohan just has some epic side quests.
DBZ is Goku's story, but Gohan has significant arcs, especially in the fight with Cell. So, it's kinda both.
