Dragon Breath is pretty solid! It's super strong for farming NPCs and even holds its own in PvP. Definitely worth leveling up!
I've been using Dragon Breath since the early levels and it's amazing for grinding. The moves are powerful and cover a wide area, which makes it easy to take down groups of enemies quickly.
