Actually, running Fallout 4 over 60FPS can make things go haywire. I tried and my game turned into a sideshow of glitches. So yeah, not capped, but maybe it should be?

Nope, Fallout 4 isn't capped at 60 fps by default, but due to its game engine, it can get wonky if it runs above 60 fps. Physics start to freak out and you might get some hilarious but game-breaking bugs. If you're on PC, you can unlock the framerate, but proceed with caution and maybe look up how to do it properly to avoid those issues.

Fallout 4 technically ain't capped at 60fps, but trust me, it's for the best. Unless you want to see the world's fastest deathclaws or have your settlements turn into a physics-defying circus.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
