Nope, Fallout 4 ain't on Game Pass anymore. They took it off a while back. You gotta buy it if you wanna play.
I've been playing Fallout 4 on Game Pass since last month! It's definitely there, or at least it was when I last checked. The Game Pass library updates, but Fallout 4 has been part of it. Makes exploring the wasteland even sweeter when it feels like you're getting it on the house.
