Nope, not yet. Your best bet is to keep an eye on international sellers who can ship to India. Good things come to those who wait, right?
Not officially, as of my last check. Feastables, the snack brand by MrBeast, hasn't started shipping directly to India through their official store. However, you might get lucky and find some resellers on Amazon or other online platforms who import it. Always double-check the authenticity if you go down this route!
