Honestly, Ice all the way. The crowd control and ability to walk on water just make it way more versatile.
I've used both, and I gotta say, Flame is amazing for raw power and offense. But Ice has saved me in so many tricky situations with its mobility and freezing powers.
Flame is super fun if you love causing massive destruction. But Ice gives you those awesome freeze effects and lets you skate across the sea. Tough choice!
