Totally depends on what you like! Fullmetal Alchemist has a tighter story and mature themes, while Naruto shines with epic battles and character growth over a longer journey.

Fullmetal Alchemist is more tightly written and has a more coherent plot. Naruto often deviates with filler episodes.

Fullmetal Alchemist hits you right in the feels with its deep philosophical themes and character development. Naruto is awesome too, but it's more about ninja action and long arcs.

Naruto is the best, hands down. Nothing beats the journey of Naruto Uzumaki and his never-give-up attitude.

As a fan of both, I'd say Fullmetal Alchemist gets the edge for its storytelling, but Naruto wins in sheer volume of memorable characters and epic fights.
