Nope, Grand Theft Auto isn't currently on Game Pass. You gotta buy the game from digital storefronts or physical retailers if you wanna join the crime spree.
Actually, GTA V was on Game Pass but it's no longer available. So, as of now, you'll need to purchase the game to play it. But who knows? It might return to Game Pass in the future.
