Green weapons are easier to find, but blue weapons are definitely stronger. So, blue is better for those intense battles.
From my experience, blue stuff just hits harder and lasts longer. Definitely go for blue whenever possible!
Honestly, it depends. Blue has better stats, but sometimes you gotta work with what you get. Green isn't too bad in a pinch.
