Yup, it does, but don't expect full game co-op. It's more like mini-missions and free roam fun.

Honestly, it's not worth the hype. The 2-player mode in San Andreas is super limited and, in my opinion, kinda clunky. Better off playing something else if you're looking for a good 2-player experience.
