Nope, Guy Sensei isn't dead! He’s alive and still rocking his signature green jumpsuit, though he's mostly retired and uses a wheelchair after his epic battle with Madara.

Guy Sensei is very much alive in Boruto! Although he's retired and in a wheelchair, he still makes appearances and offers wisdom and humor.
