The English dub of High School DxD does have some differences, mainly in terms of voice actors and certain jokes that were localized for Western audiences. Overall, the plot and character development stay true to the original.

Having watched both, I can say the English version keeps the same story and action but with some localized humor and dialogue changes. Check out both if you can!

Nope, it's pretty much the same story! Just different voices and a few jokes tweaked for English speakers.
