From my experience, Hogwarts Legacy leans more on the GPU than the CPU. Given its lush environments, detailed character models, and magical effects, it makes sense. You'll want a decent graphics card to truly appreciate the beauty of Hogwarts in all its glory. Don't skimp on the CPU, though, because it still needs to be good enough to handle the game's open-world dynamics and AI, but the GPU is where the heavy lifting happens.

Honestly, both are important, but I'd say GPU is crucial for the best experience. That said, don't play on a potato CPU and wonder why it lags when 50 spell effects go off at once.

GPU hands down. This game's gorgeous graphics demand a solid graphics card. If you're seeing frame drops or stuttering, your GPU is the first place to look.
