I've actually tried it before, not the best move. Noticed the paint started to chip and got worried about the fish. Stick to aquarium-safe decorations.

Not really a good idea to put Hot Wheels in fish tanks. The paint and metal could leach harmful substances into the water over time, which would be bad for the fish. Plus, Hot Wheels weren't designed with aquatic life in mind, so why risk it?

Honestly, just use real aquarium decor. Way safer and looks better too. Hot Wheels are for racing, not swimming.

Why not? Just make sure you clean them thoroughly. But really, there are better decorations for fish tanks.
