Having tried both, I found Ice to be way more versatile. You can skate across water for easy travel and freeze enemies in place. Revive gives you an extra life, which is useful, but Ice offers more utility.
Ice is more fun and useful with its freezing powers and traversal abilities. Revive has its charm but doesn’t match Ice's versatility.
Revive's extra life is clutch, but Ice is just plain better for controlling the battlefield.
