It's spelled 'Haikyu!!' with two exclamation marks. The extra 'u's are just a common misspelling!

I always go with 'Haikyu!!' since that's the official Romanized title. Keeps things simple!

The official spelling is 'Haikyu!!', but you'll often see 'Haikyuu' because of the Japanese title 'ハイキュー!!'. Both are recognized by fans, though.
